"We bought our first vehicle from chase last year and couldn't be happier. We bought a second vehicle from them as week as well. Most of the negative reviews I see here seem to be due to either unrealistic expectations on the part of the customer, or poor communication from the customer with the dealer. Chase was upfront with us about everything, never pushed us, and made it clear that they will stand behind their legal obligation to repair anything within the first 30 days. After hearing the nightmares that many people go through at other dealers in NYC, we were happy to find a place where we felt confident we would be taken care of. I went to the other bigger dealers you hear on the radio (ahem, auto *orld) and was completely ignored because I wasn't looking for an expensive vehicle. Chase didnt care that we wanted an inexpensive car. You dont run a dealership for decades and have mostly positive reviews by cheating and taking advantage of people. I would (and have) recommend chase to anyone with no reservation ."
